Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. Products containing active natural extracts and ingredients are sensitive, and any damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered under this policy. We recommend conducting patch tests as advised on each product to prevent adverse reactions.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that a product is received damaged (leakage, broken, or missing items), please contact our customer care team immediately. Refunds or exchanges may be initiated after thorough verification.
- An unboxing video is mandatory, showing the original packaging, to support any claims related to missing items, leakage, breakage, or incorrect products.
Refund Policy
Scentopia Perfume Stories is not responsible for any damages that occur after the delivery of products.
Claims Process

- Necessary images and videos related to your claim
- Subject line: “Refund For [Order Number]”
Important Conditions
- If a package appears tampered, damaged, or defective upon delivery, kindly refuse to accept it from the delivery partner.
- If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact our customer care team within 3 days of the delivery date. No refunds will be issued after this period.
- The refund amount will not include delivery charges, as these are non-refundable by our delivery partners.
- Claims for refunds must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- If your refund request is accepted, it may take up to 15 days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method.
Refund Initiation
Upon initiation of a refund, Scentopia Perfume Stories will provide relevant transaction details along with a transaction ID.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations can only be processed prior to dispatch from our warehouse. A cancellation fee of 2.5% will be applied to your order.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. A fee of ₹75 will be deducted if the order is returned to the seller after shipment.
