We currently accept prepaid orders only. All orders must be paid online before they are processed and dispatched.
We offer pan-India delivery:
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1499
- ₹100 flat shipping on orders below ₹1499
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Please note: Courier delays due to weather, holidays, or operational issues are beyond our control.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed for ready stock or pre-orders.
Cancellation is only possible if a product is unavailable/out of stock from our end. If a cancellation is exceptionally approved, a 2% transaction fee + GST per product will be deducted from the refund amount.
No. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is strictly not permitted. We request customers to be completely sure before placing an order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to refusal, non-acceptance, incorrect address, or any other reason:
- The order will not be cancelled
- No refund will be issued
- No replacement will be accepted
- Customer must pay reshipping charges to have the parcel sent again
- Additional courier handling and return charges will also apply
We maintain strict quality standards. Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is damaged during transit.
No returns/exchanges will be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Fragrance preference
- Slight packaging differences
- Opened or used products
You must inform us within 2 days of delivery for any valid claim.
Yes — absolutely mandatory.
A clear, continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed parcel to the opened product is required:
- Video must be without cuts or edits
- Damage must be clearly visible
Without an unboxing video, no claims will be accepted under any circumstances.
Once your claim is verified:
- Replacement will be arranged within 7–10 business days
- If replacement is unavailable or out of stock, the customer can request a replacement of another perfume or a refund
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
All pre-orders are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once placed, they cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances.
